1. I don’t think I will manage to deliver the paper on time, what should I do?
First of all, always check the deadline of the order before accepting the project. If you are not sure about the deadline, simply do not accept the order! However, if you accept and some emergency occurs, you should contact the admin and ask if the deadline can be extended. If not, you should still try your best to finish the paper on time. The last thing to do is to ask for a reassignment.
2. I wrote the paper; how will the customer get it?
You need to upload it to the “Submitted orders” section. After it is checked for plagiarism, the customer will get an automatic email notification. They can see the paper in the “List of uploaded files by writer” section. Please, keep in mind that the client may ask for a revision. Be attentive to the details.
3. Uploaded the paper, what’s next?
If the customer is satisfied with the paper, they can click the button "Order Completed" to finish the order. In case the order is not marked, you need to wait for either a revision request or the submission date mentioned on your order page to expire and automatically mark the order as completed. The client could have forgotten about the paper and we will send him/her a reminder and the order will be marked as completed by the system. -No worries, your work is in safe hands.
4. What if the client isn't fully satisfied with my work?
When the customer is not satisfied with the quality and wants you to change something in the paper, he/she can ask you for revision either by writing to you directly in the chatbox or by sending a revision request, which you will receive by e-mail.
5. How many revisions can the customer ask for?
The customer may ask to revise as many times as needed. However, if the revision request violates initial instructions, or the customer provides new instructions, you have to inform the client that it is against our policies and contact the Support Team.
6. Can the customer see the paper before releasing the funds?
Yes, the preview version of the paper is visible as soon as you upload a file. However, it has watermarks from our website all over the paper. They will disappear after the money is released and the client will be able to download the paper.

American Writers
We use PayPal to pay our American-based writers. Once you have opened an account with us, we will request you to provide us your PayPal ID for checkout.

Kenyan Writers
We have organized with our 5 agents in Kenya to transact with our Kenyan writers on behalf of the company as account managers. The person that enrolled you is your account manager and will be in charge of making payments via M-PESA and making follow-ups when the need arises. Payouts are processed every evening from 6 PM-8 PM. You need a minimum amount of Ksh 1,000 to ask for a payout.
